30 day easy returns

In the unlikely event your new flooring arrives but you’ve changed your mind, or for whatever reason you no longer want it, that’s not a problem. We have a 30 day easy returns policy.

If you’ve changed your mind:

• If your new flooring has yet to be dispatched, you have up to 14 days to simply contact us and cancel your order for a full refund.

• If your new flooring has been dispatched or delivered, and you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer want it, we’ll happily accept a return without charging you any percentage of the value of your order like some other companies do. The 30 day easy returns policy applies, meaning you can return your new flooring within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• All items must be unopened and in their original condition. You’re responsible for the return postage costs and the original postage cost is non-refundable. Once received, and items are checked, your refund will be with you within 7 working days.

• Please email us with your order number, name and original delivery address to start a return.

If you’ve got leftover packs:

• We strongly recommend you keep any leftover packs as they might be needed in the future if you need to make any repairs or lay an additional small area of flooring. This is because we constantly try to update our stock so there’s no guarantee you can order the same exact flooring in the future, plus there will be batch variations from the factory even if the same exact flooring is still available. You must store leftover packs level in a dry area.

• If you do want to return, again that’s not a problem, as our 30 day easy returns policy still applies.

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please visually inspect all deliveries upon arrival, if you see damage then accept the delivery but sign it as ‘damaged’.

• As soon as you can, contact us to report any damage and arrange either a replacement or a refund.

• Please email us with your order number, name, original delivery address and photos or videos of the damage/defect to start a return. Please note photos or videos of the damage/defects are needed before any replacement or refund can be processed.
